**Important announcement**

As of Thursday 24th September we are required by law to record contact details of any customers that are in the shop for longer then 15 minutes.

As a result of this, all Shoe fitting appointments must now be pre booked.

Any walk in customer wishing to have a shoe fitting that has not been pre booked, will be booked an appointment on arrival and asked to provide their contact details, or scan our QR code via the NHS Track and trace app.

We have our QR codes situated at the entrance and by the till, and ask that where possible, customers download the NHS COVID19 app before visiting the shop.

We are still offering in store service for customers collecting orders or purchasing uniform, but there may be delays due to necessary measures that have been put in place.

Each 20 minute slot is for shoe fitting only with one of our trained and professional staff members.

*Only book one slot per family. If you have more then 2 children that require a fitting, then please advise us in the message section when you make your booking

*Please can we ask that your family unit is kept to a minimum where possible when visiting our store.

*You are responsible for your children and helping them to maintain social distancing whilst in the store.

*Please note there may be two family units in our store at one time.

*If you cannot make the appointment for any reason, please contact the store as soon as possible, so another family may have your appointment.

To adhere to the government guidelines the fitting service will also look a little different.

  • We have two fitting stations both fitted with protective screens and all members of staff will be wearing PPE.

  • You will be provided with a clean pair of socks for your child for the duration of the fitting and once finished we ask that the socks are placed in a designated area.

  • For your safety and the safety of our staff, we will try to keep the timescale of the fitting to a minimum.

  • After each fitting, the station’s will be wiped down with antibacterial cleaner ready for the next customer.

If you would rather keep two meters apart, we are happy to advise you on fitting your child’s shoes yourself in store, or at home.

If you would prefer to measure and purchase shoes in the comfort of your own home, below is a sizing guide with helpful advice on how to properly measure your child’s feet.

If you know the size and shoe you wish to purchase you can order through us and collect in store.
