Here at Threads and Treads we are committed to providing our customers with excellent customer service, whether it is fitting shoes or supplying School Uniform. We continue to ensure your experience with us is as safe and as comfortable as possible for you and your children.
While restrictions have now been lifted in retail settings, we continue with our booking system for shoe fitting appointments, and continue to ask that there are only 2 family units in the store at any one time.
We ask that during our busy periods customers queue outside and wait to be served.
Face masks are no longer mandatory but please continue to wear one if you wish.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
If you have a problem with any purchase(s) made in store or online, you can return your item(s) free of charge to store, for a full refund or exchange within 28 days of purchase.
Any item(s) returned must be in their original condition with packaging (clothing must be unwashed) and a receipt must be provided as proof of purchase.
If you do not have your receipt, you can supply us with a credit card or bank statement as proof of purchase.
**We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on any sale purchases made in store or online.**
If your items are found to be faulty, we are happy to offer an exchange, or a credit note within 6 months of purchase. This will be up to the managers discretion.
**Wear and tear will not be considered faulty.**
This returns policy is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights.
