At Threads and Treads our aim is to offer second to none professional service and excellent value for money in a friendly (and child friendly!) environment. Every mum is a busy mum, so to be able to find all that you need for school under one roof saves precious time and energy.

Our shoes include makes you can trust, Start-rite, Geox, Puma and Ricosta. We fit shoes for children from first walkers to a large size ten for boys and eight for girls. In addition we can cater for some of your children’s out of school activities, for example football (boots and accessories), dance wear/gymnastics, Brownies, Cubs, Guides, Scouts, Beavers, Rainbows and swim wear.

All our staff are fully trained and are ready to help you find the right shoes and uniform for your child. We endeavour to ensure that your child feels relaxed and happy during their visit, (a large toy box helps!) and that they leave our shop with professionally fitted, good value for money uniform and shoes.

At Threads and Treads we don't just sell shoes, we ensure that your children have the right footwear for healthy support and growth. We are very experienced in fitting shoes for children and fit orthotics referrals from hospitals and podiatry clinics.
